Our Policy

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit your instructor for lessons and acknowledge that such action constitutes a breach of this agreement and that your instructor is prevented from conducting lessons for you independently of Manita Music Center.

Payment/Billing

Group Lesson Payment Plans: Tuition must be paid in full. Credit Card must be provided and will automatically be charged on due date No refunds will be issued after 1 week prior to the start of class. The students will be responsible for the remainder of the tuition for the session.

Students must let us know 1 month in advance in case they want to cancel their lessons with us.
Private Lesson Payment Plans: Tuition must be paid in full in advance.
Installment Payments: Credit Card must be provided and will automatically be charged on the due date.
All music lessons must be paid in advance.
Tuition received after the first session of the term will be considered late and will incur a 5% late fee for each term that payment is not made in full.

Spring/Winter Semester: January-April

Summer Semester: May-August

Fall Semester: September-December

30 minutes: $65

45 minutes: $80

60 Minutes: $100

Group Lessons: $45 per hour

Trials: $30

Discounts:

For all new students: When a multiple family members are enrolled, one member must pay full tuition to receive 5% discount for the additional member.  
To be eligible for the Active Military Discount of 5%, you must provide documentation.
In order to receive discounts, students must complete the session/semester.

Cancellation

All students are expected to be present for all classes and lessons.  
One make-up lesson is permitted per semester for private lessons with 24 hours in advance notice.  
There are no make-ups classes for group classes.  
Students must notify the office or instructor of an absence at least 24 hours in advance.

All make-up lessons/classes must be arranged by Manita Music Center.  
When private lessons are canceled by Manita Music Center, the office, or the instructor, will notify students immediately and a make-up lesson will be arranged by Manita Music Center.  .  
When classes are canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond Manita Music Center's control, they will be rescheduled or switched to online for that day.  
Manita Music Center may cancel any group class with insufficient registration and will provide a full refund.
If you are willing to leave Manita Music Center for any reason you must let us know 30 days in advance otherwise you will be charged for the next four lessons.
